R E S O L U T I O N
 
         WHEREAS, Kaleb Rochelle distinguished himself by
  participating in the 2013 Business Professionals of America
  National Leadership Conference, held May 8 through 12 in Orlando,
  Florida; and
         WHEREAS, The Business Professionals of America organization
  is dedicated to helping students prepare themselves for careers in
  finance, management, administration, information technology, and
  other endeavors crucial to the U.S. economy; the annual BPA
  National Leadership Conference brings together more than 5,000
  individuals from across the country to take part in educational
  seminars, leadership workshops, and a variety of challenging
  competitions that showcase their occupational skills; and
         WHEREAS, A student in the Paducah Independent School
  District, Mr. Rochelle took part in the mid-level keyboard event in
  Orlando, finishing in 16th place; and
         WHEREAS, Through his involvement in the BPA National
  Leadership Conference, this admirable young Texan is building a
  strong foundation for future success, and he may reflect with pride
  on his notable accomplishments; now, therefore, be it
         RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 83rd Texas
  Legislature hereby congratulate Kaleb Rochelle on his performance
  in the mid-level keyboard event at the Business Professionals of
  America National Leadership Conference and extend to him sincere
  best wishes for continued success; and, be it further
         RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
  prepared for Mr. Rochelle as an expression of high regard by the
  Texas House of Representatives.
