R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, During the 83rd Legislative Session, Andrea Bruti |
|
|
has ably served her fellow Texans as an intern in the office of |
|
|
State Representative Marsha Farney; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Since joining the staff, Ms. Bruti has contributed |
|
|
to state government firsthand; in addition to learning more about |
|
|
the legislative process and the issues facing citizens of the Lone |
|
|
Star State, she has gained valuable work experience in the field of |
|
|
public service; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, The daughter of Anthony and Dara Bruti, Ms. Bruti is |
|
|
currently studying political science and economics at Southwestern |
|
|
University, where she is also a member of the diving team; |
|
|
passionate about the environment and technology that promotes |
|
|
sustainability, she hopes to one day pursue a career in |
|
|
environmental law; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, This noteworthy young Texan has performed her duties |
|
|
as a legislative intern with skill and dedication, and she is indeed |
|
|
deserving of special recognition for her fine work; now, therefore, |
|
|
be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 83rd Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby honor Andrea Bruti for her service in the office |
|
|
of State Representative Marsha Farney and extend to her sincere |
|
|
best wishes for the future; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Ms. Bruti as an expression of high regard by the Texas |
|
|
House of Representatives. |
