R E S O L U T I O N
 
         WHEREAS, Railroad Bar-B-Que of Dripping Springs offered up
  some meaty fare for consideration at the State Capitol on April 16,
  2013, when it was the featured restaurant for "Bar-B-Quesday"; and
         WHEREAS, Hosted on Tuesdays during the 83rd Legislative
  Session by State Representative Jason Isaac, this popular event
  provides a showcase for some of the finest barbecue establishments
  from House District 45; and
         WHEREAS, Railroad Bar-B-Que was founded in Manchaca in 1982
  by the Sherrill family, and the restaurant has since expanded to
  include locations in Dripping Springs and Kyle, serving a full
  range of slow-cooked brisket, sausage, ribs, chicken, and turkey,
  complete with the traditional fixings; and
         WHEREAS, Texas barbecue is renowned across the nation and
  around the world, and this proud culinary tradition is maintained
  and enriched by outstanding Central Texas  businesses such as
  Railroad Bar-B-Que; now, therefore, be it
         RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 83rd Texas
  Legislature hereby commend Railroad Bar-B-Que for its
  participation in Bar-B-Quesday and extend sincere best wishes to
  the Sherrill family and their staff for continued success; and, be
  it further
         RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
  prepared for Railroad Bar-B-Que as an expression of high regard by
  the Texas House of Representatives.
