R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, Jeremiah Bailey has provided indispensable support |
|
|
to the office of State Representative Borris L. Miles during the |
|
|
83rd Legislative Session; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Since joining the staff, Mr. Bailey has contributed |
|
|
to the workings of state government firsthand; in addition to |
|
|
learning more about the legislative process and the issues facing |
|
|
citizens of the Lone Star State, he has gained valuable work |
|
|
experience in the field of public service; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, The son of proud parents Darryl and Archie Marie |
|
|
Bailey of Houston, Mr. Bailey attended River Oaks Elementary IB |
|
|
World School and DeBakey High School for Health Professions; |
|
|
currently a student at Sam Houston State University, this dynamic |
|
|
young man is participating in the school's inaugural Austin |
|
|
Internship Program; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Performing his duties in the office of |
|
|
Representative Miles with skill and dedication, Jeremiah Bailey has |
|
|
greatly benefited the constituents of House District 146, and he is |
|
|
indeed deserving of special recognition for his fine work; now, |
|
|
therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 83rd Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby commend Jeremiah Bailey for his service as a |
|
|
legislative intern in the office of State Representative Borris L. |
|
|
Miles and extend to him sincere best wishes for continued success in |
|
|
all his endeavors; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Mr. Bailey as an expression of high regard by the Texas |
|
|
House of Representatives. |
