R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, United by a deep bond of love and devotion, Sean and |
|
|
Emily Carter of Wylie marked their 12th wedding anniversary on |
|
|
April 4, 2013; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, After meeting through friends in 1999, romance |
|
|
blossomed, and Mr. and Mrs. Carter exchanged the vows of matrimony |
|
|
on April 4, 2001; with the passing years, they have nurtured a |
|
|
fulfilling marriage that has been made even richer with the |
|
|
addition of four children, Rebecca, Lena, James, and Katherine; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Mr. Carter is an alumnus of the University of Notre |
|
|
Dame, where he earned a degree in business, and he now works as a |
|
|
market analyst; Mrs. Carter graduated from Texas Woman's |
|
|
University and is employed as a pediatric nurse; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, For more than a decade, the Carters have shared a |
|
|
rewarding journey together as husband and wife, and they continue |
|
|
to be an inspiration to their family and friends; now, therefore, be |
|
|
it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 83rd Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby congratulate Sean and Emily Carter on their 12th |
|
|
wedding anniversary and extend to them sincere best wishes for |
|
|
continued happiness; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Mr. and Mrs. Carter as an expression of high regard by |
|
|
the Texas House of Representatives. |
