A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT
|
|
|
relating to the availability of money from the economic |
|
|
stabilization fund to be used for the purposes of projects in the |
|
|
state water plan. |
|
|
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: |
|
|
SECTION 1. The amount of $1.6 billion from the economic |
|
|
stabilization fund is available for use by the Texas Water |
|
|
Development Board for the purposes of funding projects in the state |
|
|
water plan during the state fiscal biennium beginning September 1, |
|
|
2013. |
|
|
SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2013. |
