A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT
|

|
relating to limitations on the percentage of money awarded by the |
|
|
Cancer Prevention and Research Institute of Texas for certain uses. |
|
|
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: |
|
|
SECTION 1. Section 102.203(e), Health and Safety Code, is |
|
|
amended to read as follows: |
|
|
(e) Not more than 15 [10] percent of the money awarded under |
|
|
this subchapter may be used for cancer prevention and control |
|
|
programs during any year. |
|
|
SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2013. |
