A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT
|
|
|
relating to projects for which a transportation reinvestment zone |
|
|
may be created. |
|
|
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: |
|
|
SECTION 1. Section 222.108(d), Transportation Code, is |
|
|
amended to read as follows: |
|
|
(d) In this section, "transportation project" includes: |
|
|
(1) transportation projects described [has the
|
|
|
meaning assigned] by Section 370.003; and |
|
|
(2) port security, transportation, or facility |
|
|
projects available for funding under Section 55.002. |
|
|
SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2013. |
