CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
|
|
|
WHEREAS, Senate Bill No. 1003 has been adopted by the senate |
|
|
and the house of representatives; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, The bill contains technical errors that should be |
|
|
corrected; now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED by the 83rd Legislature of the State of Texas, That |
|
|
the enrolling clerk of the senate be instructed to make the |
|
|
following corrections in the SECTION of the bill that provides for |
|
|
an expiration date of the Act: |
|
|
(1) Strike: |
|
|
"This Act expires February 1, 2015." |
|
|
(2) Substitute: |
|
|
"(a) Except as provided by Subsection (b) of this section, |
|
|
this Act expires February 1, 2015. |
|
|
(b) This section does not apply to Section 203.016, Human |
|
|
Resources Code, as added by this Act." |
