CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
|
|
|
WHEREAS, Senate Joint Resolution No. 1 has been adopted by |
|
|
the senate and the house of representatives and is being prepared |
|
|
for enrollment; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, The resolution contains technical errors that |
|
|
should be corrected; now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED by the 83rd Legislature of the State of Texas, That |
|
|
the enrolling clerk of the senate be instructed to correct Senate |
|
|
Joint Resolution No. 1 in Section 1 of the resolution, in proposed |
|
|
Section 49-d-13(d)(5), Article III, Texas Constitution, by |
|
|
striking "revenue bonds issued by the board under this subchapter, |
|
|
that are designated by the Texas Water Development Board or that |
|
|
board's successor in function" and substituting "revenue bonds |
|
|
issued under this section by the Texas Water Development Board or |
|
|
that board's successor in function". |
