SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 77
         WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas is pleased to
  recognize Hahnfeld Hoffer Stanford on the occasion of its 50th
  anniversary; and
         WHEREAS, This noted Fort Worth architecture and design
  firm has been responsible for many award-winning structures
  since its founding in 1963 by Lee Roy Hahnfeld, a member of the
  American Institute of Architects; in recent years, the company
  has become an innovator in the field of green design, and it takes
  great pride in the use of sustainable building materials and
  techniques; and
         WHEREAS, Once known as Hahnfeld Associates
  Architects/Planners, Incorporated, the firm was purchased by
  longtime employees Eric Hahnfeld, Michael Hoffer, David
  Stanford, and Meredith McCurdy and renamed Hahnfeld Hoffer
  Stanford in 2001; it has cultivated an illustrious clientele of
  educational, cultural, faith-based, and commercial
  institutions; and
         WHEREAS, Hahnfeld Hoffer Stanford has an unwavering
  commitment to collaborating with its clients and to ensuring that
  its design solutions arrive on time and on budget; and
         WHEREAS, Hahnfeld Hoffer Stanford is respected throughout
  the Southwest for its striking, energy-conserving designs; the
  firm is leading the architecture industry's charge to reduce
  greenhouse gas emissions and create structures that have a
  minimal carbon footprint; now, therefore, be it
         RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas,
  83rd Legislature, hereby commend Hahnfeld Hoffer Stanford on its
  50th anniversary and extend to it best wishes on a bright future;
  and, be it further
         RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for
  the firm as an expression of high regard from the Texas Senate.
