SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 753
         WHEREAS, The birth of a baby is one of the most treasured
  events in the life of a couple; and
 
         WHEREAS, October 24, 2011, will be a day long remembered by
  Renee and Patrick Tarlton, for on that day, their son Tyler
  Grigar Tarlton was born; and
 
         WHEREAS, The beautiful baby boy weighed five pounds 12
  ounces and was 18 and three-fourths inches long when he arrived
  at Round Rock Medical Center; and
 
         WHEREAS, Tyler's safe arrival was the fulfillment of his
  parents' dearest wish; Renee and Patrick, along with
  grandparents Jim and Cynthia Grigar and John and Lana Tarlton,
  were filled with joy over his eagerly awaited birth, and since
  that day, Tyler has been a source of delight and much pride to the
  entire family; and
 
         WHEREAS, It is a pleasure for the Texas Senate to recognize
  this little Texan as a treasured citizen of the Lone Star State;
  now, therefore, be it
 
         RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 83rd
  Legislature, hereby extend congratulations to Renee and Patrick
  Tarlton on the birth of their precious child and best wishes to
  Tyler Grigar Tarlton for a bright and promising future; and, be
  it further
 
         RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for
  the family as a memento of this special day in their lives.
