No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend Section 531.951(a) of the Government Code, related to the applicability of adverse licensing, listing, or registration decisions by certain health and human services agencies. The bill would add abortion facilities to the list of provider types for which health and human services agencies must maintain information about adverse actions for a period of ten years. It is assumed the Health and Human Services Commission and the Department of State Health Services could implement the provisions of the bill within exisiting appropriations.
