HB321 by Dutton (Relating to the consequences of successfully completing a period of deferred adjudication community supervision.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Code of Criminal Procedure to create a uniform application of the impact of deferred adjudication. The Department of State Health Services, the Department of Family and Protective Services, the Office of Court Administration and the Texas Workforce Commission indicate the bill would have no significant fiscal impact. Conforming changes to internal procedures would be made using existing staff and resources. The bill would take effect on September 1, 2013.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
