No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Human Resource Code as it relates to the creation of the individual development account program to provide savings incentives and opportunities for certain foster children to pursue home ownership, postsecondary education, and business development.

The Department of Family and Protective Services does not anticipate any significant fiscal impact as a result of complying with the provisions of the bill.

The bill would take effect September 1, 2013.
