No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would require the Texas Education Agency to collect information related to the enrollment of military-connected students from school districts and open-enrollment charter schools through the Public Education Information Management System.

The agency estimates there would be a minimal cost associated with implementing the provisions of the bill.
