The bill would amend Chapter 11 of the Alcoholic Beverage Code relating to penalties imposed on a holder of an alcoholic beverage license or permit on the basis of a criminal prosecution. The Alcoholic Beverage Commission has determined that the bill would not result in a significant fiscal impact to the State. The bill would take effect on September 1, 2013.
