No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend Chapter 411 of the Government Code relating to the expiration dates of concealed handgun licenses for certain members of the United States armed forces. It is assumed that implementing the provisions of the bill can be absorbed within the existing resources of the agency. The bill would take effect on September 1, 2013.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
