No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Election Code to allow certain applications for a ballot by mail to be considered an application for each election in which the county clerk serves as the early voting clerk.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
