No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend Chapter 58 of the Family Code and Chapter 411 of the Government Code, relating to access by certain military personnel to juvenile and criminal history information with the applicant's wrtten permission. It is assumed that the provisions of the bill would not result in a significant fiscal impact to the state. This Act takes effect immediately if it receives a vote of two-thirds of all the members elected to each house, as provided by Section 39, Article III, Texas Constitution. If this Act does not receive the vote necessary for immediate effect, this Act takes effect September 1, 2013.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
