No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Government Code relating to the composition of the housing and health services coordination council.  Based on information provided by the Department of Housing and Community Affairs, the Health and Human Services Commission, and the Texas Veterans Commission, it is assumed that duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
