No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

This bill would amend the Occupations Code relating to the eligibility requirements for occupational licenses issued to applicants with military experience.

Based on information provided by the Department of Licensing and Regulation, Real Estate Commission, Board of Nursing, Commission of Environmental Quality, Pharmacy Board, Funeral Service Commission, Board of Optometry, Podiatric Medical Examiners, Office of Injured Employee Counsel,  Board of Professional Engineers, Board of Professional Land Surveying, Board of Professional Geoscientists, Medical Board, Central Education Agency, Commission on Law Enforcement Officer Standards and Education, Department of State Health Services, and the Board of Professional Land Surveying, this analysis assumes that duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
