No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Occupations Code relating to preventing the fraudulent issuance and use of disabled parking placards.

Based on information provided by the Office of the Governor, Comptroller of Public Accounts, Department of Motor Vehicles, Department of Licensing and Regulation, and Board of Chiropractic Examiners, it is assumed that duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
