No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Occupations Code relating to the licensing of a journeyman lineman.

Based on information provided by the Department of Licensing and Regulation, this analysis assumes that duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
