No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Occupations Code relating to the authority of a psychologist to delegate the provision of certain care to a person under the psychologist's supervision, including a person training to become a psychologist.

Based on information received from the Board of Psychologist, it is assumed that duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
