No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Family Code as it relates to the monitoring of certain medications provided to foster children. The bill would also repeal the heading of Subchapter A, Chapter 266, Family Code.

The Department of Family and Protective Services and the Office of Court Administration do not anticipate any significant fiscal impacts as a result of complying with the provisions of the bill.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
