No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would repeal the Family Code Section 153.3162, which authorizes child conservators to petition a court to award additional periods of possession of or access to a child to compensate for certain periods of military deployment. The Office of Court Administration does not anticipate any significant fiscal impact to the court system resulting from the bill. The bill would take effect September 1, 2013.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
