No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend Chapter 1958 of the Occupations Code, related to certain requirements before completing mold remediation work. The Department of State Health Services (DSHS) and the Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) indicate that any cost related to implementing the bill could be absorbed by the agencies.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
