No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would require the Texas Education Agency (TEA) to establish a seal to recognize high school graduates who have achieved high levels of proficiency in English and another language.


Local Government Impact

No significant administrative costs are anticipated. The use of the seal would be voluntary for school districts.
