IN RE:	HB1192 by Moody (Relating to the qualifications for appointment as a medical examiner.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill changes the qualifications for a medical examiner appointed by a commissioners court to allow a person who is licensed and in good standing in another state and is seeking licensure in Texas to serve as medical examiner.

The bill would take effect September 1, 2013.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
