No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would require each school that maintained an Internet website to post information about local programs and services, including charitable programs and services, available to assist homeless students.

Local Government Impact

There would be some administrative costs to schools to post local information. Costs would vary depending on the amount and availability of programs and services and the availability of resources to maintain the school websites.
