No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend Chapter 104 of the Alcoholic Beverage Code to require the holders of certain alcoholic beverage permits to have available for purchase and consumption on the permitted or licensed premises at least one non-alcoholic version of an alcoholic beverage, such as non-alcoholic beer or wine. The Alcoholic Beverage Commission has determined that the bill would not result in a significant fiscal impact to the State. The bill would take effect on September 1, 2013.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
