IN RE:
HB1282 by Turner, Sylvester (Relating to the copying of certain records and files relating to a child who is a party to a juvenile proceeding.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Family Code to specify that certain juvenile court, probation, and prosecutorial records and files available for inspection are also available for copying. The Office of Court Administration does not anticipate any significant fiscal impact to the court system resulting from the bill. The bill would take effect immediately if receiving a vote of two-thirds of each house, otherwise the bill would take effect September 1, 2013.
