FROM:

IN RE:
HB1376 by Kolkhorst (Relating to advertising by certain facilities that provide emergency services.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend Section 241 of the Health and Safety Code by adding Subchapter H, related to advertising by certain facilities that provide emergency services. The Department of State Health Services (DSHS) indicates that costs associated with promulgation of rules as a result of implementation of the bill would be absorbed  by the agency.
