No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Government Code to allow the electronic submission of a request for an Attorney General Opinion. The bill could increase revenue at the Office of the Attorney General due to the authority of the agency to collect fees for the electronic filing of documents.  However, it is anticipated that any additional revenue associated with implementation of the bill would not be significant.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
