No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Labor Code relating to a report to the legislature by the Texas Workforce Commission civil rights division concerning wage discrimination. 

Based on information provided by the Texas Workforce Commission and the Department of Insurance, it is assumed that duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
