No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would make changes to notice requirements relating to proposed gas utility rate increases. It would add e-mail notice to each directly affected customer as a notification option.

Passage of the bill is not expected to have a significant fiscal impact on the Railroad Commission.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
