No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend Chapter 14 of the Alcoholic Beverage Code to provide authority to the holder of a distiller and rectifier's permit to sell distilled spirits to the holder of an industrial permit and require that the seller keep records of those sales. The Alcoholic Beverage Commission has determined that the bill would not result in a significant fiscal impact to the State. The bill would take effect on September 1, 2013.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
