No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Family Code to require juvenile courts to permit certain individuals to appear in certain court proceedings to present information relating to the juvenile's conduct. The Office of Court Administration does not anticipate any significant fiscal impact to the court system resulting from the bill. The Texas Juvenile Justice Department does not anticipate that the bill would have a significant impact on the agency. The bill would take effect September 1, 2013.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
