No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Labor Code relating to the collection, evaluation, maintenance, and reporting of certain workforce and employment data by the Texas Workforce Commission.  Based on information provided by the Texas Workforce Commission, it is assumed that duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
