No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Family Code as it relates to assistance and education regarding personal finance for certain children in foster care. The bill would require a foster care provider to provide a financial literacy education program; elements of the program are specified.

The Department of Family and Protective Services does not anticipate any significant fiscal impact as a result of complying with the provisions of the bill.
