HB1702 by Farrar (Relating to staff and support personnel appointed by certain judges.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Government Code in relation to determination of staff and personnel compensation and to specify that appointed court staff and support personnel serve at the pleasure of the appointing judge. The Office of Court Administration does not anticipate any significant fiscal impact to the court system resulting from the bill. The bill would take effect September 1, 2013.
