No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill adds a new section to the Human Resources Code permitting the Department of Aging and Disability Services (DADS) to accept gifts and grants from public or private sources and requiring DADS to keep a record of each gift or grant in the central office. DADS does not anticipate any significant fiscal impact as a result of complying with the provisions of the bill.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
