The bill would amend Chapters 12 and 62 of the Alcoholic Beverage Code relating to the authority of certain brewers and manufacturers to sell beer and ale to ultimate consumers. The Alcoholic Beverage Commission has determined that the bill would not result in a significant fiscal impact to the State. The bill would take effect on September 1, 2013.
