No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would amend the Civil Practice and Remedies Code and the Local Government Code in relation to the operation and liability of space flight activities. To the extent the bill would modify liabilities of space flight entities, no increase in judicial workloads or fiscal implication to the State is anticipated. The bill would take effect September 1, 2013.
