No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would update and regularize citations to federal pipeline safety laws in state statutes administered by the Railroad Commission. As the bill adds no new responsibility to the Railroad Commission, no significant costs to the agency are expected as a result of the bill's passage.
