No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Agriculture Code relating to liability for injuring a trespassing animal to include sheep or goats with other specific animals already listed in statute. No significant fiscal impact to the state is anticipated. The bill would take effect September 1, 2013.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
