No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend Section 683.015 of the Transportation Code to authorize a municipality or a county to transfer funds in excess of $1,000 to be used by the attorney representing the state to compensate property owners whose vehicle, aircraft, watercraft, or outboard motor is damaged as a result of a suspect fleeing apprehension by a peace officer in a county with a population of less than 150,000.
 
According to the Office of Court Administration, no significant fiscal impact is anticipated.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
