No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would amend the Health and Safety Code as it relates to reciprocity for emergency medical services personnel certification for certain United States military personnel. Under the provisions of the bill, the bill would clarify the requirements of a member of the military to be eligible for reciprocity emergency medical services personnel certification. Based on the analysis provided by the DSHS, it is assumed that the provisions of the bill can be implemented within existing resources.
