No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would amend the Property Code to provide requirements regarding the operation of certain condominium unit owners' associations which are not governmental entities.
The bill would require a county clerk to file a management certificate in the real property records of the county and index the document as a "Condominium Association Management Certificate."
Local Government Impact
No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
